Shipping to US still stopped
If You have ordered AAA-1 kit:
We hope that you have read at our site the problem with US customers. For now we still cannot ship the parcel immediately because of US customs problems. This is not our fault and concerns all EU countries. Please read https://active-antenna.eu/temporarily-suspending-acceptance-shipments-us/. You must wait until BG post resumes shipping to US. We will send it immediately. Sorry for the inconvenience. We hope that this problem will be solved soon.
P.S. We have several ordered kits from US which are waiting ….. The problem is from August and still is not resolved ?! You can cancel the order but the refund will be several euros less since Paypal has fees and they are not canceled even we make a refund. Any other way of shipping is quite expensive. DHL is accepting parcels for US. Some US customers send a DHL waybill but we do not know the price they paid. From here the approximate price for DHL delivery is in order of 70 euro. For those US customers who intend to purchase the AAA-1 kit the advice is to wait until this problem is solved. We have in stock a solid quantity.
